I am Diana Márquez, a lawyer, notary public, and mediator specialized in Family Mediation and Restorative Justice. I have dedicated my career to promoting and applying restorative justice principles both in prison contexts and in the community at large.

- President of SAJuR (Sociedad Argentina de Justicia Restaurativa).
- Editor of the Restorative Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Revista de Asociación Pensamiento Penal.
- General and Regional Coordinator of the Comprehensive Reparation Program (PRI), run by the Asociación Pensamiento Penal and Víctimas por la Paz.
- Restorative Dialogue Facilitator, organizing and conducting encounters with victims and offenders, both direct and surrogate.
- Secretary of the Cooperativa de Trabajo Liberté, made up of people in situations of imprisonment and victims, which promotes self-management and social integration through work and education.

Featured Projects
- Victims' Support Fund (FAV): I coordinate this program, which seeks to repair the harm caused by offenses through reparative actions funded by the Cooperativa Liberté.
- Conflict Prevention and Resolution Committees: I implemented these committees in several prison units to facilitate restorative processes and improve coexistence.
- Restorative Encounters: facilitator of encounters between victims and offenders in landmark restorative justice cases in Argentina.
- Diploma Programs and Training Programs: coordinator and lecturer for the Diploma Program in Criminal Enforcement and Prison Affairs, in collaboration with the Universidad Nacional de San Isidro and the Universidad de Mar del Plata.
Pioneering Work in the Field of Restorative Justice
- First restorative encounter between an indirect victim and adult offenders (homicide, 2017).
- First restorative encounter between an indirect victim and a minor offender (double homicide during a robbery, 2019).
- First conciliation in a federal case with victims: "Martins, Jeremías y otros s/ Daños" (2020).
- Comprehensive reparation in the federal case "Seoane Heredia, Jorge Tomás s/ daño agravado" (2021).
- First restorative encounter in Argentina with surrogate victims (Restorative Circle) in the case "A.C.M s/ Lesiones graves" (CABA, 2023).
- Collective accountability process involving offenders and victim groups within the framework of the FAV project (2021/2022).
