About SAJuR

Privacy

This page explains what personal data the Argentine Society for Restorative Justice (SAJuR) receives through this website, what it is used for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

Who is responsible

Sociedad Argentina de Justicia Restaurativa (SAJuR), a non-profit civil association in Argentina. For any question about your data: [email protected].

What data we ask for and why

  • Contact form: name, email, subject and message. We only use them to reply to you. They reach us by email at [email protected].
  • Forms to be notified about upcoming trainings and to join us: the data each form asks for, such as name, email and phone number. We use them to let you know when a training opens or to get in touch about your proposal. They are stored in Opus, the management tool used by the SAJuR team.
  • Training exams: your ID number, to check that you are enrolled in the course, and your answers, to grade the exam and issue the certificate.

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

To run this website we work with providers that process data only for that purpose: the server that hosts the site; Cloudflare, the network that delivers the site and protects it from attacks (the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots); Opus, for the forms; and the service that sends our emails.

Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies: the session cookie and the one that protects the forms. Cloudflare may add its own security cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, nor third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it to us: until we answer your question, until you ask to stop receiving training notices, or for as long as it is needed for course certificates.

Your rights

Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 gives you the right to access your data and to ask us to correct, update or delete it. Write to [email protected]: we answer access requests within ten calendar days and correction or deletion requests within five business days, as the law requires.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Law 25.326 and handles complaints from anyone who considers their rights have been affected.
